College, Kashmir INDIA:1986)           Began career with VST Tiller & Tractor Company Bangalore as Shop Floor Engineer 1987 to 1989, then moved to Hindustan Machine Tools Limited from 1990 to 1998 in various capacities in the shopfloor & software development. Gained wide expereince and exposure to Manufacturing industry with clear understanding of systmes and procedures for Machine Tools from start to finish. HMT is the first establishment to purchase mainframe in India, that rolled hundreds of Software Engineers who all migrated to the United States.

1998 till date engaged in several software enagagements in the US.
