We will get in touch with the referred nurse to learn about their situation, interests and objectives, and then touch base with our clients to identify any suitable openings
If there is a suitable position, we will get the referred nurse's approval to submit and then we will coordinate interviews
The referred nurse will then be interviewed and if selected, will be given an offer letter including compensation details & start date
After the referred nurse starts in the position that infoNERO placed them in, we will then mail over a $500 gift card or donate $500 to a charitable organization of your choice!
*The referred nurse must start and physically work in the position that infoNERO placed them in, otherwise referral bonuses will not be paid out. Additionally, we will not pay out referral bonuses if the referred nurse was already in our database or we have had prior communication.
